With the arrival of December comes a frenzy that sometimes reminds us of wonderful childhood memories, like the powdery snow that slowly blankets the landscape, transforming everyday life into magical moments, the many get-togethers, the joy of sharing secrets around a table, the discovery of precious gifts under the tree just waiting to be unwrapped, and the outburst of joy, curiosity, and happiness.

This year, the Salon des métiers d’art du Québec will also be transformed into a fanciful kingdom, into the imaginative world of 450 exhibiting artisans who never seize to create unique and outstanding products, synonymous with excellence and quality.

 

The Salon des métiers d’art du Québec is roaming the aisles in search of an item that will delight the senses, light up someone’s face with a smile of amazement, and make a loved one’s eyes sparkle. It is also discovering Québécois artisans, having a private conversation with passionate creators, and attending a host of demonstrations and activities where contentment and the pleasure of being surprised unite, to the thrill of visitors and exhibitors alike. The Salon des métiers d’art du Québec is buying a short moment in time, a magical moment to give to a parent or friend . . . or to keep selfishly for oneself!
